What exactly does MC RevWorks do?

MC RevWorks provides specialized revenue cycle management, auditing, compliance, coding optimization, and education services exclusively for cardiology and vascular practices.

Unlike general billing companies that handle every specialty, we work only in cardiology and vascular. That focus means deeper expertise, fewer errors, and better outcomes for practices in this specific field.

We work exclusively with independent cardiology and vascular practices. This includes general cardiologists, interventional cardiologists, electrophysiologists, vascular surgeons, and combined cardiology/vascular groups.

We do not work with hospital systems, general medicine practices, or specialties outside of cardiology and vascular. This focus is intentional — it’s what allows us to provide genuinely specialist-level expertise.

MC RevWorks holds four active certifications through AAPC: Certified Professional Coder (CPC), Certified Professional Medical Auditor (CPMA), Certified Risk Adjustment Coder (CRC), and Certified Cardiology Coder (CCC).

The CCC is particularly significant — it is a specialty-specific certification that requires demonstrated expertise in cardiology coding specifically, not just general medical coding.

We offer five core service areas: Revenue Cycle Management (end-to-end billing, denial management, payer trend analysis), Auditing & Compliance (coding audits, risk identification, regulatory review), Physician & Staff Education (documentation training, medical necessity optimization), Coding & Documentation Optimization (cardiology-specific CPT and ICD-10 coding, denial reduction), and Credentialing & Practice Support (provider credentialing, workflow optimization).

We also have a Monthly Cardiology Coder Education Program launching soon — a virtual program for coders, managers, and practice administrators.

No. We don’t believe in locking clients into long-term contracts as a substitute for delivering consistent value. Our engagement terms are discussed transparently during the proposal stage, and we structure agreements that make sense for the scope of work involved.

Our goal is to earn your continued business through results — not hold you in place through contract clauses.

Yes — completely. There is no charge for the Discovery Call, no contract to sign, and no obligation to continue. We offer it because we believe in demonstrating value upfront, and because we want to make sure we’re actually the right fit for your practice before either of us commits to anything.
